Gym and Dance Display

On Thursday evening, the Sports Hall hosted Belmont’s very first Gym and Dance Display. Pupils from our Gymnastics and Dance Clubs took to the floor to showcase the skills they’ve been developing throughout the autumn term. The gymnastics routine on the air mat featured impressive leaps, high-level tumbling and beautifully controlled balances.

In the dance section, our Year 3 & 4 pupils performed a lively collaborative piece to Mary Poppins’ “Chim Chim Cher-ee”. Year 5 & 6 brought fantastic energy to a dance inspired by Shrek the Musical, and our Year 7 & 8 ensemble closed the evening with a dynamic routine from K-Pop Demon Hunters.

Every performance was delivered with confidence, talent and enthusiasm. We are already looking forward to next year’s display.
